Project Scope:

Vacuum the ballast river rock, remove the existing single ply and tapered insulation to the vapor barrier on the concrete deck, remove & replace any loose vapor barrier, prime the roof, install DerbiBoard Std 1/16" Tapered (1.5"min) base layer and 1.5" DerbiBoard CA top layer in Spot Shot foam adhesive, install 1ply of DerbiBase & 1 ply of Derbigum GP FR in Permastic adhesive (Spec 1/1G-FRU), associated flashings, Derbigum 15-year warranty.
