Project Scope: The Work of this project involved removing the roof and insulation to the steel deck, install new cast iron roof drains. Remove and re-install the lightning protection system. 

New Roof Scope: Mechanically attach 2 layers of 2.5" polyisocyanurate insulation to the metal deck followed by a top course of 1/2" Securock in "Insul-Lock" low rise foam adhesive followed by 1 ply of Garland's FlexBase 80 and 1 ply of Stress Ply E FR Mineral cap sheet in Garland’s "Green-Lock" (cold process) membrane adhesive. Garland 20-year warranty.
