Project Scope: The Work of this project involved removing the roof and insulation to the concrete deck, install cast iron roof drains to sit flush on the deck, install additional wood at roof edge perimeter to suit the new roof installation. Prime the deck & install 1 ply smooth torch grade modified bitumen as temporary roof / vapor barrier followed by new 1/8" per foot tapered cellular insulating concrete sloped to drain. The thru-wall flashings were raised & the existing doors were modified. The roof system installed was .060 (black EPDM) Fleece Back membrane in Fast 100 (bead method) adhesive. Interface with multiple owners of the roof top communication hardware. Carlisle 20-year warranty.
