Your firm managed to crane the materials up to the roof from the busy Market street corridor without imposing additional costs to me. The work crew was professional and sensitive to any issues relating to our building clients. The job was performed in half the anticipated time and the finished product was excellent. We had an issue with the existing edge of the roof being deteriorated, the issue was immediately responded to by ARC’s office and there were two different options presented for resolution to this issue.
(The Project) was an active construction project with multiple contractors already onsite when the owner decided to add the roof in. ARC came onsite and met all milestones and dates without disrupting the other activities and avoided having any claims from the other contractors to the owner.
The crew onsite and the owner was a pleasure to work with, they offered great solutions and helped work with us and the other contractors to develop a great plan for everyone involved.

ARC Roofing installed a Garland roof for our district during the Summer of 2015. Manor Elementary School is in the Pennsbury School District and located in Levittown, PA. It was a 67,400 s.f. project that was a complete tear off (two top sheets) and a new flood and gravel system installation. They started on schedule, worked with us on a few building usage issues that occurred during the Summer and finished the hot work ahead of schedule allowing school to start on time. Installation of metal work was done after school hours and on weekends. It was one of the best roofing projects we have had from delivery of materials to completion. No problems or complaints, night seal leaks, odors, noise - nothing. Dave and Urban kept me informed regularly on schedules and progress. I would highly recommend them anytime.

ARC roofing did a project for The Central Montco Technical High School During the summer of 2015. We found the work very satisfactory. The work was completed on time and with little or no incidents. ARC cleaned up after themselves and did a great job of coordinating the work with the Central Montco Technical High School. Any issues that did arrived were addressed expeditiously.
